‘Augmented Reality’ plinth installed at Kangaroo Bay

A new work commissioned by Clarence City Council was installed today at Kangaroo Bay on Hobart’s sunny eastern shore. The work will provide a platform for an ‘augmented reality’ story of the history of the river and its surrounds developed by Handbuilt Creative. The work is a combination of various found materials — glass, driftwood, recycled timber and local stone.
